I purchased a custom built home from Holevas and Holton April of 2006 in Skyecroft Subdivision.    This was to be my last home so I was very particular about the builder and the quality of the home they built.   After doing considerable research on H&H, I purchased a large custom built home from these builders. Almost nine years later, if I had it to do all over again I would go with Holevas and Holton as the builder.    My wife and I love the home and have not experienced any problems.    I have found that anytime early on and even today nine years later, all I have to do is pick up the phone and call these builders and they are very quick to respond. Holevas & Holton was outstanding to work with.  We came in with only a concept for our new house and Tommy set us up with a great architect, provided lots of ideas and feedback in the design, and helped guide us through the approval process with our HOA.  From there, Jimmy and Tommy were on top of everything during the construction of our home and very flexible and helpful as we needed any modifications along the way.  This was truly a custom home experience.  They all provided input to solutions mid construction, advice on selections, and tips for budgeting.  The process went fast and we were in the house very early in the target window.  Billy has been on top of any minor issue we've had since.  This team stays on top of their contractors and follows through on every need we had.  We'd highly recommend them to any family looking for a great custom home.

Call me crazy but my husband and I have built four custom homes in our 15+ years of marriage together.  To say the least, we have learned a lot about the process of building a home along the way.  This last home build in Weddington, NC was by far the easiest and most rewarding due to the terrific builders we used.  Holevas and Holton builders gave us the unique dynamics of having three knowledgeable builders in one package.  Jimmy Holevas has an engineering background and really understands the fundamentals of blueprint reading, getting accurate bids and making sure the job is done right from start to finish.  Tommy Holevas is so personable he makes you feel like an old friend.  He is easy to work with and his subcontractors will sing the same praises.  Billy Holton can do a little bit of everything so if you have any questions, Billy has the answer.  Several of my friends have since used Holevas and Holton to build their dream home and if we ever decide to build again, Holevas and Holton will be the guys we call.
